Requirements

Healthy individuals aged 18 + years
want to improve their health and well being through regular physical activity and health eating.
have to commit to 1 hour of exercise with the instructor per week.
You will be expected to exercise 5 times per week for 30 minutes exercise programmes will be provided

NO EXCUSES

Members €199 for 6 weeks

Non Members – €249 for 6 weeks. (full use of the gym,  fitness classes)

I started meeting with Jacinta the creator of Commit to Fit twice a week and working out 3 times on my own. Jacinta pushed me to my limits and beyond. She kept me on my toes by following her nutritional guidelines, weekly weight ins and measurements. With the continuous support and her constant encouragement I am now down 10kg in 10 weeks. I also completed my first 5km run in December with the Fit and Fierce group whom I now consider friends. A very proud moment to date.
