Ideal location near work, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of new high-spec equipment, excellent changing facilities, opening hours are brilliant and value for money!! Highly recommend NRG Xpress, give it a go!! 🙂

As a former member of many different Gyms throughout my life I can safely say that none of them compare to NRG Xpress Little Island. For a start the equipment is world class, everything about it is 5 star: the gym, the studio, the classes and the changing facilities. The Nrg xpress gym since I joined almost 1 year ago, as well as being the most modern gym in cork it has a superb selection of Cardio and strength training equipment that I have ever used.
