We are passionate about what we do, aiming to ensure that you get results that last from just one session per week. No liquid diets, just healthy food plans and hard work, getting you into the best shape of your life! Our Personal Training takes place in our exclusive gym in Little Island or in your home or office. Session consists of a mixture of resistance and cardiovascular training to ensure you get best results possible. Depending on your package, we recommend either 1 or 2 sessions per week, reducing these sessions over time as you become more self-motivated.
