CRISPY CHOCOLATE COCONUT PROTEIN BARS
INGREDIENTS
½ cup of oats
½ cup chocolate protein powder
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
¼ cup coconut oil
1/3 cup almond butter
1 tbsp honey
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
Melt ¼ cup dark chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Scoop the mixture into a plastic bag and cut off the end. Drizzle the chocolate over the bars before placing back in the fridge to harden.
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Press the mixture into the bag and place in the fridge to harden for about 1 hour.
4. Cut into bars. Store covered in the fridge.
